Alien Workshop was an off-kilter Midwestern take on the traditional skate company formula, that shocked the skate world with it’s rapid success, and went even far beyond. Through creating a completely unique graphic language and rejecting traditional promotional methods, instead using enigmatic and obscure images that allowed people to use their imagination and fill in the gaps, resulted in a brand that cut against the grain.
